Gyro Gearloose

Gyro Gearloose is probably the wackiest inventor on the face of the earth. Maybe not because there are probably many like him but that makes no difference. If Uncle Scrooge needs an invention, he goes to his trustworthy and ingenious friend. Gyro Gearloose first appeared in Walt Disney's Comics and Stories # ??. He has a little assistant with its own personality: Little Helper. The small robot with the light bulb is another invention of Gyro Gearloose seemingly endless archive of inventions. In some ways he personifies Carl Barks and I mean that in a figurative sense. The liking to Carl Barks' statute is not coincidence and Barks seemed to have made picture of himself in this funny looking chicken.
